Refund Policy

1. Overview
ContextQ ("the Service"), operated by Henia ("we", "us", "our"), is a cloud-hosted subscription (SaaS) product. This Refund Policy explains when you are entitled to a refund and how to request one. It applies to all paid subscription plans purchased directly through ContextQ. Payments are securely processed by our authorized payment provider, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first payment of any new paid subscription (Pro or Team). If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund of that first charge within 14 days of the date it was made.
To qualify for a refund under this guarantee:
- The request must be made within 14 days of the initial subscription charge.
- The refund applies to the first paid billing period only.
- The account must not be in breach of our Terms of Service.
Many of our paid plans also include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any time before it ends to avoid being billed.
3. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled beforehand. Renewal charges are not covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee, which applies only to the first payment of a new subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel, you retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again after that.
4. Partial Periods and Unused Time
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in this policy, we do not provide prorated or partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period after a renewal charge. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
5. Erroneous or Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once, or charged after cancelling, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate. Confirmed billing errors are refunded in full, regardless of the 14-day window.
6. How to Request a Refund

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Refund requests are evaluated under the policy in effect at the time of the relevant charge.
